Dr. Archana Shrestha is a trained epidemiologist and implementation science researcher. She has been involved in community-based health program development, implementation, research and education in Nepal, India, and Mexico for the last ten years.
She works on setting up innovative health research; partnering with communities, government and other stakeholders for implementation of health programs; and building institutional capacity to lead such initiatives. Her current research focuses on developing, testing, and implementing preventive interventions to reduce the impact of non-communicable disease epidemics in low-income countries.
