Meredith Fort, PhD, MPH, is a Research Assistant Professor in the Colorado School of Public Health in the Department of Health Systems, Management and Policy and the Centers for American Indian and Alaska Native Health. Currently she is a scholar in the K12 IMPACT (IMPlementation to Achieve Clinical Transformation) program, a NHLBI-funded career development program focused on T4 translational research based at the University of Colorado. Within the HyTREC/TREIN consortium, she is a Co-investigator for the HyTREC study in Guatemala.
She is a health services researcher and program evaluator with over fifteen years of experience working in the design, implementation, and evaluation of community-based service delivery and public health programs in Central America, Mexico, and the United States. Her work is applied, engages patient, family, provider, and community stakeholders, and draws on a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods.
